Position: Lead Sales Executive
Location: Altamonte Springs, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time (40+ hours per week)
Compensation: Competitive salary with commission

 

Crystal Ballroom On The Lake is a premier wedding and event venue in Altamonte Springs, known for creating unforgettable experiences and memories. We are seeking a dynamic Lead Sales Executive to join our team. As the ultimate “Engine” of our operations, your exceptional ability to connect with clients and your outstanding sales skills will drive our success.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Client Engagement:

  • Call and confirm VIP tours, establishing initial relationships with clients.

  • Conduct VIP tours, both virtually and in-person, showcasing the unique features and beauty of our venue.

  • Follow up on venue tours to ensure client satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.

Sales and Closing:

  • Utilize excellent verbal skills to connect with clients and guide them through the sales process.

  • Demonstrate great phone skills and an outgoing, professional demeanor.

  • Have no fear of closing the deal, ensuring that clients choose Crystal Ballroom On The Lake for their special events.

  • Collaborate with the Clerical Manager to process new contracts efficiently.

Reporting and Administration:

  • Assist with the CB Master Sales Report and CB Performance Report, ensuring accurate and timely input.

  • Undertake additional tasks as required, depending on ownership needs.

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Ability to connect with clients both over the phone and in person

  • Great phone skills and a professional, outgoing demeanor

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities

  • Fearless approach to closing sales deals

  • Understanding of the event planning process
